prepares clean food.
Avoid eating in areas where you are not sure, check
for restaurant reviews before trying the food, especially for sea foods and
places that offer sushi.
4. Make sure to stay clean - people who are
traveling need to make sure that they remain clean themselves; they need to
wash their hands often, to cut their nails and to avoid touching their eyes,
nose and mouth especially if they have ridden the subway. While a hand
sanitizer is effective for targeting bacteria, it is not able to remove viruses
which are why it would still be best to wash with water and soap.
5. Always practice safe sex - sexually transmitted
diseases is everywhere, the best way for travelers to avoid contracting STD is
to practice safe sex.
Condoms are available anywhere in the world, but if
you are traveling into a remote area then it would be good to bring along your
own set of condoms.
6. Always include exercise in your daily habit - even
while traveling find ways to exercise, it would be best to include hiking
trips, visits to the park and garden while traveling. Taking long walks is also
a good way to stay in shape. Biking can also be done, instead of renting a car,
rent a bike instead and get a good view of the country that you are visiting.
7. Always get enough sleep - too much work and lack of
sleep can lead to a number of health problems, make sure to get at least 6
hours of sleep. Always make it a priority to catch up on sleep that you lack no
matter how busy you are.
Sleep is vital for rest and can re-energize the body
to function better.
